I got excited about this game due to the positive feedback I heard about it. It was also chosen as the game of the month in PinoyPS for the month of July. It's actually a very unique game, not just your ordinary run-and-gun-'em game.

The articles below caught my eye this weekend. The game actually took 7 years to create. It's good know that they actually ended up with a very good final product but what actually strikes me is the difficulties that the developers had to face in order to bring this game to our console.

Blockbuster L.A. Noire faces credits crisis
Honestly, I dreamt of being a game developer but after reading this, I realized why I never came to be. I really don't like burning a lot of overtime work everyday, and giving up my weekend rest, not to mention not being paid for the overtime work that I've done. I feel for those people who didn't make it to the credits acknowledgment of the game but I do hope the employers, not just from video game companies but from every company, learn the importance of staff retention and appreciate the hard work of their employees and give them what they truly deserve and not just think of the money that they'll get keep in their pockets.
